Great video ! Young man being a welder in the 1970's PPE the most important equipment I was welding using a 1/4" 7024 stick rod welding bells and spigot on 48" pipe I had a puddle of molten metal drop into my boot not realizing the sewing on the tung of the boot had opened up cooking my foot it kept me out of work for 2 months my boots were lace up type took me an eternity to unlace watching your video brings back memories watching you cut in shorts and sneakers ? that "slag" hanging off the bottom is called "dross" and is normal when plasma cutting and oxy torch cutting. use a chipping hammer to knock it off, then clean it up with a grinder. A grinder is a welder/ metal workers best friend. I have the Arc Captain Mig 200 and I love it. Works far better than I ever imagined it would. I just got the Cut 50, comes in this week. my oxy/acetylene torch hose busted, and this whole machine cost less than the replacement hose. Can't complain.

Maybe thickest would be frame and strut mounts that I can think of. Does it have an air flow rate chart for that lowest setting for the thin metal you cut or did you leave it at 55 psi? How many gallons is your air tank?

First cut the travel speed was too fast. If you watch your video the sparks did not flow strait down. You have got this as I watched you learned of travel speeds. If you move to real power vs a generator you will become a star at this.
