Well instead of waiting around for your alliance to give you help before using speedups (which can take forever, depending on how active your alliance members are), it would have been better if you said, check that your Talents have been switched from War mode to Economy mode which drastically brings down the time it takes to construct things.
Then click the boosters in the 'Skills' icon on the right and activate the construction speedup booster BEFORE going on a construction/speedup spree

You should use, the economic talents, because they increase the building and research speed, and there's a talent that gives you 10% or 20% ( don't remember at the moment) in research and builidng, so you spend alot less speed ups, also i advise to save speedups and rss for SOF( Survival Of the Fittest) to get alot of bios as rss. And when you get to chief lvl 52 up you should go to war talent cuz there's a tree that increases training speed. Also the best eficient way to increase true power is by troop training, cuz building are helpfull to unlock powerfull stuff, but troop power is what really defendes your HQ. BTW love your vids keep the good work

Echo I am glad I watched your first videos. There is a HUGE reason to save your speed ups, until you can build lvl9 troops and for when particular events come round. Thanks to you I'm a LVL 27 low spender ranking top 50 in most events and competing with the giants for those rewards.

you should have put the constuction buff in your hqs buffs and if u get the construction skill it thaks a % off your build time

Don’t use speed ups until you get your skills established because that drives down the time required by 20% , when you are looking at 16 days to upgrade your headquarters you’re going to regret it 😳

Video is up in age BUT valuable information. 1) Have an active alliance for helps, 2) Save speeds for events that give additional awards, 3) Try to hold on to RSS and speeds until later HQ upgrades because EXPENSIVE. Cheers!

If you want to develop quickly, you events to power up and try not to go overboard on spending biocapes

What if you reached HQ level 30, you are gonna wanna need some more biocaps and that is incredibly tough to obtain. Any tips on that one?

burn your stam by killing infected or rallies, then upgrade your chief level until you reach rapid development. Activate VIP it has an instant contruction depends on the level.

If people want to get the best value for their speedups, it isn't using them on building or troops. Research and in some cases healing is the best use of them if we're talking value. Your "how to" is just using them in the worst way. People should take the time to read and do research on what the best value is before just blowing everything and spending money.
