❤ This is so true. My dear friend Huberte died at the age of 47 from stomach cancer. When I visited her at the hospital, she rubbed her abdomen saying that the tumor that was there was full of all the hurt she had experience in her life. Everything she had buried inside her. She then exclaimed..." I can't cry. I have never been able to cry!" I held her hand and began to cry as I told her how much I loved her... Holding her hand that day, we cried together. It had been 38 years since we had last seen each other. Over time, during my visits she shared some of the most tragic stories about her life. I paid attention as she was processing all the feelings she had held captive inside her. Your video today has brought back those memories of her. I am allowing myself to relive those moments with her and cry. I miss her.

As a former Reflexologist, I wholeheartedly agree with emotions getting stuck in the body. I saw it time and time again.

As far as the theory of 3 years to 1 year relationship ratio, being in multiple Narcissistic relationships, it takes longer than what studies suggest.

I can't recover from being financially ruined and forced to pay them child support when I can't even support myself. But who cares? I'm a man and should just "man up" and work for another 15 years just to pay a debt forced upon me. All to make some millionaire business owner more money while I literally make nothing from working for them.
