I just ordered $300 worth of cotton yarn and found out a lot of tufters don’t like it because it’s hard to shear it with the clippers after, do you think so too? Should I give it a try or Should I maybe return it while I can and order acrylic or wool instead? 🥲

I used two different types of yarn to make my rug so at the end my rugs are very uneven & when I trim it it’s still very bumpy is that why? Should I use the same yarn all around?
