Bugs me how this album has been disowned by Genesis, Phil never wanted anything to do with it on his return. It’s very much a Genesis album through and through in my opinion. I know there is so much lead singer loyalty amongst the Genesis fan base (the Peter fans, the Phil fans etc) but put who’s singing aside (if you can!) and this album is a Genesis masterpiece for my money!

As far as I am concerned there is no such thing as a bad Genesis song, and they all seem to get better with each listen. CAS is a very good album and all Genesis fans of the Peter or Phil eras should give it a serious and open-minded listen. It certainly does not deserve the hate some 'professional critics' heap on it.

I've been a Genesis fan since the early days in the Gabriel era and I think this track is one of the most beautiful things they ever recorded in any line-up.

Pretty sure it's "That’s What You Need", not "If That's All You Need", Its just the title that's incorrect, easy fix, but what a track, an album that deserves so much more credit, Think if people had an actual listen too it, Theyd have Atleast a couple of tracks they like, and a better take at it. All the best Genesis 👑💪

Bought this album as it came out and there is something about Ray's voice I really like. Not a bad album! Been a fan since 1981. Love everything by Genesis and most of the band members solo stuff.

This is like the Hold On My Heart of this album, except that this one has a different purpose that i don't understand very much, but overall, i truly like it, i listen to this one more often than one would think.

Also, the lyrics "Talking makes us human" is kind of dumb, i like it, yet when talking i barely feel human because people have trouble following my quirky quotes.

Si c’est ce dont tu as besoin...a été écrite pour la voix + grave de Ray Wilson, son Timbre + chaud, + sensuel colle parfaitement avec la musique et les paroles de cette chanson d’Amour !
