The Bengals held Burrow back at the beginning of the season because no one was sure how his knee would hold up. This year all the barriers are removed including allowing Burrow to call more plays. With the decent (no Pro Bow because they don't need one) line, this team is going to go off. Even looking at the schedule, their most difficult games are at home. The defense is more than competent. This team is going to go off this year. Everyone is healthy. It's going to be on from the opening kickoff.

If we're talking just Wide Receivers... no Quarterbacks, Tight Ends or Running Backs :

1. Bengals
2. Dolphins
3. Bucs
4. Broncos
5. Chargers

based on season numbers, fantasy numbers, and player rankings, these are the only teams with 2 Receivers in the top 25. The Bengals was the only team with 2 players in the top 10. Although the Raiders isn't on this list I believe they will have the best numbers at the end of next year if tight end and running back is a factor. Their offense is going to be 🔥

Ideally the Bengals build depth =
1. Behind JMC = Calvin Austin III**/ Jahan Dotson/ Skyy Moore/ Kahlil Shakir*/ Wandale Robinson
2. Behind Tee Higgs = Alec Pierce/ George Pickens/ Justyn Ross/ Christian Watson/ Treylon Burks/ Jalen Tolbert/ Romeo Doubs
3. Behind Ty Boyd = John Metchie III/ David Bell/ Kyle Phillips/ Velus Jones Jr.*/ Bo Melton*

* Indicates Kick and/or Punt Returner so Calvin Austin III has 2 * since he is both a Kick & a Punt Returner.

I like my Broncos group . I think it has highest upside but they are still unproven without a good qb so lets see how that all goes.

The Bengals have the Best 3 WR's not the best corp/entire WR team.

They need a Calvin Austin III-type jitter-bug, speedster; an Alec Pierce go-up-and-get it, Red Zone Danger guy; and a Tyquan Thornton-like deep-threat, speedster to be THE BEST WR CORP.

And a John Metchie III and/or Kyle Phillips consistent back-up to Tyler Boyd.

Plus a legit McBride/Kolar deep threat TE along with a huge massive catch radius TE like Jelani Woods.

I would love it if the Bengals came out of this draft with 2 or even 3 of any of the above mentioned WR/TE's. And while unlikely, that is not out of the realm of possibility.

What about the Bucs?
Mike Evans (Top 10 WR)
Chris Godwin (Arguably Top 10/15 WR)
Russell Gage (Amazing WR2)
Breshad Perriman (Lotta talent)
Scotty Miller (Lotta speed)

The Vikings, easy. Jefferson, a top 5 receiver, Thielen has been nonstop for years, and Osborn is a great 3rd option

#1 NE Patriots with their all star selection of Nkeal Harry posting 15 tds a year with 1500 yards.

I think the bengals are the easy pick. But if we look at the Rams & Steelers they have tons of talent at that position.

Draft hasn’t happened yet, isn’t a bit too early to do these evaluations?
