Sewage Filled our Hilton Hotel! Do we deserve a Full refund or not

If you have watched the previous video, then you know that we stayed in New Orleans for a convention. One of my friends says that we had to be hunted because how does this happen on the 19th floor. No other rooms were affected. They gave us a refund for one night and moved us to another room in a suite. they gave us some free breakfast ticket and some free drinks. When I posted this on Facebook a lot of people thought they we should have received a full refund. $1279 was the total amount I paid for a room with an upgrade. I got back $550. Some of our items were damaged and the sewage smell was a little traumatic.

Do you think that we should have got a full refund or do you think the one or two-night refund is enough.?

that was straight up nasty! Not only should they give you your money back but should offer you something for what happened. I was in a hotel once and the hot tub faded my swimsuit. They gave me a stay at the hotel in the executive suite. Definitely a refund at least!!
