But an em build mean that your nahida will be off field that means you don't have to use her atk

Wait, WHAT?! What 80% Bonus and 24% CR?

For aggravate, it's not a sensible to compare whether you have higher crit stats on nahida or not. What matters is that you have a member on your team that has a very high EM, it doesn't need to be Nahida. From your comparison the EM build Nahida would always provide more aggravate damage for electro characters. In practice if you have another character that has a very high EM, Nahida with Crit would deal more damage overall.

1k em electro, 750 em nahida with crit stats 👌🏻

Something is wrong here. There shouldn't be a difference in the hyperbloom and burgeon damage between the builds. Nahida's EM share is based off the character with the highest EM, but the share caps at 1K. So, if you have a hyperbloom or burgeon trigger with 1K, the bonus should be 250 EM - regardless of whether Nahida is on a crit or EM build. She could have 1700 EM, and the bonus from her burst would still be 250. I think what's happened is that Miko and Xiangling weren't built full EM, so the character with the highest EM was Nahida. With the crit build, she can still hover around 750 EM, but on triple EM, she'll exceed the 1K threshold - so she wasn't sharing the full 250 bonus on the crit build (if she's the highest EM character and only has 750 EM, the share will only be 187.5 EM).
In fact, I can prove this. This is the damage formula for both hyperbloom and burgeon: The reaction multiplier for both is 3, but your Xiangling is Level 84, and your Miko is 88, so the level multiplier is different for them. That means the level multiplier for Xiangling will be 1210.18, and the level multiplier for Miko will be 1363.46. You didn't show their builds, so we'll have to assume you weren't running FloP, CWF, or TF and remove the reaction bonus. For Res, you were fighting Dendro shrooms, which actually have three different levels of dendro res, 15% for small ones, 20% for big ones, and 30% for flying ones - that's why there's different damages for the reactions on screen - you have different enemy types with different resistances. That makes it tough to tell which numbers belong to the burgeon/hyperblooms, and which belong to Nahida, but if we see a repeated non-crit (because they don't crit, we can assume it belongs to the burgeon/hyperbloom. Then, we find the repeated number with the highest value, and can reasonably assume it was from damage dealt to the enemy with the lowest resistance. You have Deepwood memories, so that 15% resistance enemy will have -15% resistance. For Xiangling, those numbers are 13, 678 for Triple EM Nahida, and 13, 001 for EM/Dendro/Crit Nahida. You have 725 EM on crit Nahida, so her EM Bonus will be 181.75, and 914 EM on your Triple EM Nahida, so her bonus there will be 228.5.
Now, we can start plugging in numbers: Triple EM: 13, 678=3*1210.18*(1+(16*(X+228.5)))/(2000+(X+228.5))*(1-15%/2). Then we solve for X and see your Xiangling only had 454.4 EM. Do the same thing for the Crit build Nahida: 13, 001=3*1210.18*(1+(16*(X+181.75)))/(2000+(X+181.75))*(1-15%/2) and it's 456.6 EM. The margin of error there is enough to conclude she was on the same build in both instances. She has 96 EM, at base at level 84, and when she's damaged in the video we can see you have her on Deathmatch. So, we can conclude you only had about 360 EM from Artifacts equipped.
Let's do the same for Miko. It's a little bit harder here because your screenshot isn't even of the hyperbloom damage. Going back through the video though, we see the EM build Nahida did a 12, 943 hyperbloom to the big shroom at 4:18, and the crit build did 11, 608 at 4:28. He has higher res, so we need to change our res to -10 after deepwood. Now, plug in our numbers. EM Build: 12, 943=3*1363.46*(1+16*(X+181.75))/(2000+228.5)*(1-10%/2) and it shows Yae was only built with 235.4 EM. Do the same for the crit build: 11, 608=3*1363.46*(1+16*(X+181.75))/(2000+228.5)*(1-10%/2) and we get 234.3. Once again, a margin of error small enough to determine you used the same build in both clips.
In conclusion, your results were a false positive. Because your trigger characters were not built for the reaction, it appeared as though the EM build Nahida was better for the reaction.
Now, most people aren't going to care about the math. As it stands right now, you've spread information to 13K people. I would recommend that you run the test again, however this time build Xiangling and Miko for the reaction - meaning triple EM with EM weapons. For consistency, even though it's not optimal, I'd recommend 2 piece 2 piece EM over guilded, because you'll have numbers with and without the bonus 150 EM from the set bonus that may muddy your results, and I'd take better care to make sure that the numbers your showing are actually for the reaction, and on the same enemy.
