Are there WIFI trouble between Mi Home app and Mi Air Pro? Let's try Factory reset!

When I try to do (factory reset), I get to the point where it is enough to click the button at the top to confirm the reset, the device starts to walk louder and the screen flashes red and green and it does not end there, and it continues what is happening? Ps. On the screen there is an inscription in Chinese which means "temperature and humidity" when translated.

Hi, I have a different problem. I can connect the purifier to WiFi router. But Mi Home app does not recognize this connection and I cant add this device to my devices.

My purifier had previously been linked to another Mi account. So I tried to connect old account. This time I can complete all steps while connecting the purifier. I can even choose the room where I will put the purifier. But after adding the device it disappearing.

I think prufier is trying to communicate with the old account, but something is wrong. I tried to factory reset but not worked. Any ideas? Thanks.

Via the App I just can't connect to the device through bluethooth. Switched to Chinese Mainland as recommended. Any idea?

I think it has problem with sensor my device or different way to count the PM 2.5 comparing 2H model.
It shows between 001 up to 005. The 2H model show 65 PM 2.5 and the 3h show 009.

It still seems to activate the WiFi. My other 2s (brand new) does not have Wifi activated. How do you deactivate the Wifi ?

Hi after connecting to wifi, there seem to be a sound coming from within the air purifier. Is this normal?

How do you delete the old user on the air purifier? I bought a second hand air purifier. 😓
