Greatings from Bulgaria. About door trims they are specific for each side ... left and right. There is a sign on the back side of the each trim and if you incidently change them up .... in the end you will break them in the moent when you opens the doors. I did same mistake and had a quick trip to the nearest car junkyard :)

With the BCV, pull the top hose off and plug it. That may be the issue.

What radio did you find to upgrade it too?

Hey, with the boost controller issue, check that the check valves in your evap system are working. If they go bad then you can get boost pressure on the wrong side of the boost controller and it gets confused.

You will fall in love with it I certainly did it's my first NG I had an og 9-5

Other than the NG 9-5 being the last Saab, is the front-end damage the only reason it's a CoPart car?

About the valve ... just clean it and you got go. There is a video in youtube how to take it apart
