You had ur first bullets legendary and then changes to epic and the mag changed to legendary again, u shooted him with epic on the pink armor

Well as you can see he was healing himself with the self revive shot hence the reason he couldn't shoot back. You can see him giving himself the shot.

Well 1- the recoil pattern made you perfectly shoot around him but not shoot him, and 2nd- your bullets change to purple after first shot so it didn’t do full dmg like t6 ammo would’ve

You used low tier ammo and he had higher tier armor what did you expect? Also you missed most of the shots. Maybe a little practice on shooting range will fix the problem.

5 miss shot legendary ammo type and only hit 3 times with epic ammo type. total miss 17 shot lol. broother what do you want? semi auto gun is mid tier for experience player. just try use some full auto ar or smg first. not straight into semi auto and get mad for miss so many shot lmao
