I added Terraria-like Worm Boss into my Game! | Yagazem Dungeons Saves And Styles Update Devlog 2

Welcome to the Save and Style update for my game Yagazem Dungeons. As the name suggests, over the course of last couple of weeks I’ve worked on adding the ability to save your runs and come back to them. Moreover, the game now finally has at least some semblance of settings menu, albeit a very rudimentary one. This update also adds a prototype for a new playable character, a Holy Warrior or Paladin for now. The name will most likely change in the upcoming update. Speaking of characters, Vrahenha’s splashart is finally finished so it has been added to the game too! Her two daggers don’t have a name yet, so if you have any suggestions comment them down below and we might add those we like to the official lore of the game world. Lastly, with new zone dependent enemy styles and colors, a new foe has risen from the endless caves, Yaskeenya, the new worm like boss can now be spawned for your boss fights.

Yagazem Dungeons. It’s going to be a bullet hell roguelike, like Brotato, but you will play as a character, that has qwer abilities like League of Legends and the game world will be split into distinctive themes that will represent dungeon areas, like in the game Pixel Dungeon. And the areas will have randomly generated floors like in the game Slay the Spire.

Im loving this game so far!

Also for the daggers, everything seems so serious so why not just make them be called something silly like bob or billy?

hello i love the game! i just wanna know how did you make the boss, cuz i am making a game too and want to add a terraria like worm enemy, but even after many hours i still didnt figure out how to make the other segments follow the head like in terraria or in your game, if you wanted to help me i would be very thankful, i dont want any code how to do it, (im using godot too if you wanna know) but just a general explenation. thanks!
