No you do not need past lives dysphoria gear or quads to be a therian. A therian is someone who either has a belief/identifies in therianthropy (as an animal) and has invoulintarynon-humann experiences.

People also need to understand that they CANT BECOME A THERIAN. I was newly awakened as a therian, but I didn’t become one! I found out from my friend after she told me what it was. I did some research and realised I was one myself.

I’m not my same DAN it just gets wild when we were those animals when we were… I’m not my same DAN I have DNA of a human animal it’s just so weird getting these shifts I just don’t want to be one but it’s fun it’s fun to explore on all 4’s but it is fun with the shift. Sometimes they can be good sometimes bad but it will be fun to explore. I’m just not in my mind as a human I’m a human, but also an animal mind It’s just weird to feel like an animal when you’re human and passed life animals can be treated by pets badly some wild pets can just go freely it’s just not the same as humans come up threatens, or to be, but not rarely as you think we have a whole community of these animal minds it’s just so great but also bad memories that’s all that matters to have a good life!

An otherkin is like a therian, but instead identifies (ON A NON PHYSICAL LEVEL) as something that isn't just earth animals (Dragonkin, demonkin, plantkin)

An otherhearted someone who identifies with instead of as and animal, like a connection

A quadrobist is someone who does a sport called quadrobics, which is the act of running, jumping and walking on all fours
