I was at the lowest point of my life when I watched my first Yes Theory video and it amazed me so much to see that the world is so big and diverse, I couldnt have imagined that one video would impact me so much and open my eyes to newer possibilities and wonders of the world. I’ve been watching for years now. When I started I was an 18 year old kid who moved hours from home alone. Seek Discomfort has always been part of survival. I’m now in a brand new city about to finish my doctorate degree :) still seeking discomfort every day

I’m a 69 year old retired woman, who has binged on your videos and has thoroughly enjoyed every one of them. I’ve even shed a few tears, there have been so many emotional, heartbreaking, heart warming moments, you’ve given us the opportunity to see amazing stories and people from around the world. I’ve been fortunate to have done a fair amount of travel, and hope to do a lot more. One difficult aspect of aging is realizing that there are so many places to go, things to see, but perhaps not enough time to fit it all in. I bet there are a lot of people around my age that would love to have the courage and determination to do even a fraction of what you all have done. Maybe there’s a place for a Yes Theory for old coots, we might have to call it Maybe( if I can take my meds along, and my arthritis is bothering me too much)Theory 😂

Thank you for everything. I am in New Mexico & Arizona area, but I would road trip anywhere within 2000 miles to go to one of your live events!
I am 55 and CONSTANTLY going out of my comfort zone, being nomadic. Now as a 55 yr old female with no construction experience whatsoever, trying to build a homestead on 70 acres by myself. I have cried my eyes out & been challenged beyond belief. I left the property twice, thinking there’s no way I can do this. But I came back. I am seeking discomfort and it is HARD, but I persevere.

It's amazing how many people have told about you! I was sitting at a restaurant I once worked at, and a man was down and out on his luck, making it move to the town I live in which is the most expensive town in the US. He had no idea what to do, and no friends to help him out especially when it comes to enjoying our city. I offered myself up as a friend and told him to seek discomfort. He gladly agreed, he and I are going caving this weekend. This channel has absolutely changed my perspective on life.
