Great video! I have a 73 Nova no return line. I will add the sending unit with return line like in your video. This seems a lot better than drilling a whole on the gas tank to add a return line like I've seen in other videos.😁

The small 1/4 line on the fuel filter must be above the other main line coming out. That ensures the whole filter does not drain out when the car is off. My AMC Eagle has the exact filter and the shop manual clearly says the small line must be above the bigger line coming out.

I dealt with this same problem in my 67 Rs, I ended up taking the Quadrajet out and went with a Street Demon, basically they are a thermoquad, it has a plastic body, it cured the problem. If I go back to the Quadrajet I will use your install, Thanks 👍

I was having vapor lock with the fuel filter with the three spiggots I put in a regular two line filter vapor lock was gone!

will this work with a mechanical fuel pump? doing a similar project on my 71 mustang. my worry is there wont be sufficient Psi when using a mechanical pump

My 67 firebird has no return line so to Ultimate vapor lock go with electric fuel pump
