The sauce is: tarragon, parsley and sage + Dijon mustard + egg yolk + cream. In the London one it’s slightly different, and they include Worcestershire sauce as well

Top tip - go for here for when it just opens for dinner service. Enjoy no queue!
Also you cannot ask for it medium rare - they only offer rare, medium and well done.

I went to the one in Paris, there was no queue. I didn’t know how whole thing worked, I just got seated, the wait staff started asking me how I wanted the steak and the wrote in down on the table in front of me. I didn’t even know I could hv seconds till the lady just came by and dished out some more. Some Koreans asked for tomato sauce and really got and earful😅

I took my wife there today for her birthday and it was fantastic! The steak and chips were absolutely perfect, but that sauce was the real star of the show! Keep up the recommendations!

Coming round and refilling the plate is where they set themselves apart. I would 100% take a tub get the first one filled with one of those heavenly steaks then eat the refill.. supper baby

That sauce is made from cleaning the flat top and adding chicken stock.

The name of the restaurant is literally "Ribeye" in French.

It looks like mass service at low cost and made to look like what brits in the 1950s thought French restaurants look like.

I went there a few years ago. It was a delicious meal but I was on the fence regarding the hour and half queue as it was winter and we were more than a little cold by the time we sat down

I’ve been to the one in Paris which I have to say was average I’d give it 5/10 but just down the street was a Feu du bois restaurant cafe which served a variety of cuts of steak, pork, andouille sausages they are all cooked in a wood fire 🔥 served with frites and a simple salad I have never tasted meat so delicious and very reasonably priced . But if you want to push the boat out head for Sphere Restaurant my word that to was a culinary treat you won’t forget .
