In her first big candidate interview, Kamala Harris says her "values have not changed" when asked why she no longer wants to ban fracking, as she did in 2019. While her campaign might see the gaffe-free night as a success, did voters learn anything new about how she would govern?

Both she and Walz looked like hostages and didn't want to be there at all. Both were so awkward and uncomfortable looking. Neither looked happy, more like, a look of dread. If there is tension between the two behind the scenes I wouldn't be surprised. She is known as very very difficult to get along with. Even Symone Sanders couldn't handle her. Her answers on fracking were especially bad as she implied she was never for banning it but there are all kinds of videos from 2020 where she said she wanted too. It was only 18 minutes long too and their first interview in more than 40 days and still no press conference, this was as weak as it gets all things considered.

I think making her speak could endanger her presidential candidacy. We should continue to create a smokescreen around her with plenty of drums, dances, and applause, kind of like when you put some bubble bath in a tub and then stir it vigorously. The result is a lot of foam, little substance, but in the end, everyone is happy.

One thing we learned from Harris' interview, which Michael Walker picked up on, is that Harris is not particularly bright. After almost a year of attempting to negotiate a ceasefire, Harris wants to keep doing the exact same thing. And even though she says she has been "working night and day" on the problem, she doesn't know what virtually every analyst knows, which is that Israel will have to be forced into a peace agreement. She also doesn't know the facts about October 7th. She doesn't know that a number of Israelis were murdered by IDF tanks and attack helicopters. She repeats the false Israeli stories about October 7th. She claims that what happened on October 7th, excuses or justifies what Israel has done in Gaza, which she labels as self-defense. Her statement that "far too many civilians have been killed" is the equivalent of Biden's "over the top, " comment. Lastly, we learned that Harris is not moved by the tremendous lose of innocent life or the opinions of a mass number of the American population.
