We are doodling the alphabet over a 26 part series to give our busy mind a break and to focus on the things we're grateful for, intending or reflecting on. This is a practice in being present and detaching from the outcome. You do not need to have any artistic 'talent'. Our focus is on the process. This is a mindful creative practice to compliment your meditation habits, to help you feel calm and peaceful while intentionally moving your awareness and nurturing your innate creativity and curiosity.
What to bring:
✍️ Paper, journal OR iPad/tablet
✍️ Pencils
✍️ Pens
✍️ Eraser
OR ✍️ Apple (or other) pencil with Procreate app or other drawing app
AND 🧑🎨 your creative, curious and open-minded self.
