This is why I love this channel so much, fitness and supplementation made simple ^_^ I myself when I started working out I made the bad decision to get a GNC membership buy a lot of their products they told me to get because they said I needed these things and only their brand is honest. I never took it to account about proprietary blends and the multiple serving size. Back of the labels dont tell anyone how much of each component is in them. After getting the knowledge I needed from lessons learned and advice from gym goers, I only use 3 supplements in my stack creatinine, matcha green tea, and BCAAS. I just research each component of a pre workout supplement to know which parts are useless fillers and which are actually beneficial for me..plus I save money for real food not just supplementation.

I started getting headaches when I drank it 6 days a week. I did work out each of those days. I take less of it these days. 2 to 3 times a week instead of 6. I'm gonna check the creatine in it though.
