Very good and we're now enjoying more Gaelic units in Aberdeen, north-east of Scotland and settlers from England and abroad learning Gaelic. Scots is a Germanic language/dialect.Gaelic was banned at some points in history as were many other Celtic languages.

It's not pronounced " Gaylick.". It is reputed to be the the language in which Adam greeted Eve.

Scotti are from Scotia which is today's Ireland but in the 1st to 5th century there was no Ireland it was called Hibernia in the south and Scotia in the North just look at Roman maps in the 1st to 5th century, the Scotti are not Irish they are a tribe that landed in Hibernia but according to tradition arrived from central Europe into days Austria and Switzerland 🤗
