The sausage rolls when you took then out with the bakes were done perfectly for me. I much prefer a lighter pastry. Anything over that I'm not keen on at all.

Hi guys, this is good to know, Jack loves Greggs sausage rolls bakes etc so these are a good & cheaper option than Greggs ones, im not great with pastry, so don't like any bakes or that, & one thing that i do remember is when i did try a steak bakes they were really salty, yuk...partial to a bit hp brown sauce with a sausage roll though, our local bakery here does nice ones but i really only have one once in a while,
so...eat your heart out Nicky Clarke! you definitely have taken the dry ends of...then some 😳 good job she suits it like that 🙈...thanks again for another great food vlog, its appreciated...much love ❤️ xxx

I’ve tried the sausage Rolls from Aldi but I found them to salty, like Colin I’ve blood pressure problems so I have to be careful of my salt intake. I will be trying those meat slices though they did look nice. The prices you can’t go wrong! Tracy, your hair looks great, hope you have Mr Scissor hands a tip 😂❤💙👍🏽😘

That’s Ironic as I had the Aldis Chicken 🐓 bakes for my tea Last night guys they’re alright but there’s not enough chicken and creamy sauce in them compared to Greggs unfortunately but for only £1.05 I guess you can’t complain Xxx

Glad you saved some for George, lol! They were also well priced. I didn't recognise either of the quotes- sorry. Colin, I don't mention your salt intake, 'cause if you are guilty of overindulgence- then so am I 😵‍💫 Seriously though many of us have to watch our. salt intake. 😶

Great review guys, watched this with interest...
The lads love a steak slice, but i dont think they are as nice as they were, i found a lot of fat on the last one i had...
But trying a different brand may be a game changer....
As a ex baker, i will not touch sausage rolls...ever...

The last time I had the Greggs bakes from Iceland they weren't that nice, I got a chewy bit of chicken, I won't touch them now.
