Biggest issues are they are always crazy overpriced for a tiny portion and usually kinda taste like ass lol but yeah super convenient. I've been seeing myprotein meals in iceland and I'll be honest they taste like crap but have good macros.

Good to keep in the freezer for a rainy day, I just add 5mins on the cooking time when I've frozen them if microwaving if it was a fresh meal

Good for portion control too

I've often picked up fresh meals in the reduced section and freeze, I use a app call yuka to scan the barcodes to let me know if it's healthy or not

Sodim isnt bad. You quite literally sweat it out (hence why sweat is salty) and you need to replenish it often. Its an electrolyte

Their meals are OK just a bit spicy and incredibly expensive buy ok for every now and again 😊
