I think it depends on public vs private. I believe all public business or entities should not be allowed to discriminate, but private businesses should retain the right to refuse service to whomever. This seems the most fair option to protect the rights of the minority in a public setting while also protecting the rights of a private business owner

The Supreme court is so one sided right now anyone who is in their camp knows all they have to do is get their case to the supreme court so they can get their way even if it is wildly unpopular.
