Exactly what I needed to hear explained. Thank you. Trumps volatility mars any prospect of a sustained coherent US foreign policy from his administration. The business model that he persists in applying is correctly judged as “puerile”. What seems to be as dangerous is how he “reacts” instead of “responding” to issues, and to others which confirms that he personalises everything and is incapable of being reasonable in the sense of thinking matters through.
