I’ll be happy with lots of new characters.

Not exactly favourites, but I would love to see Kurenai, Anko and Shizune finally playable as we had them as support - but not holding out much hope. I’d like to see some Boruto characters such as Kawaki playable as well - perhaps some Kara/Husk members too! I know Isshin is in Strikers, so I think it's quite likely we'll see him. I'd love to have Delta, Koji Kashin, Jigen, and perhaps even Code! But I doubt we'll get them.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Naruto’s anime debut and have fans who supported the series enjoy playing as their favorite ninjas, the game will contain additional new characters on top of 124 playable ninjas appeared in Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Road to Boruto. That will make this the largest roster out of all the series! Today, we’re happy to reveal the first additional ninjas that will part of that roster: Ashura Otsuki and Indra Otsuki! Please stay tuned for more playable characters to be revealed in the near future. In addition, while the game is based on the battle system of the previous series, the PlayStation 5 version supports 60 FPS for the first time, making the ninja battle action smoother than ever.

This seems great. A few things I hope they add are:
- The Last as a new chapter with Toneri as a boss fight.
- A new Team Ultimate Jutsu for the Five Kage (Tsunade, A, Onohki, Gaara and Mei).
- The same battle system for all five games.

I Hope that alongside the arrival of new characters, some old ones will get a rework because some of them are the exact same from game 1 and feel so odd compared to the ultra Dynamic storm 4 characters (yes I'm talking about the Sannins, especially Orochimaru)

Exciting times to play Storm! I hope to see more new playable characters in the future of this game!

I still have hopes for this, there might be lots of new content that wasn’t shown like new story mode taking off from when Storm 4 Boruto DLC left off, with new characters, boss battles, Awakenings, (Team) Ultimate Jutsus etc. But this trailer didn’t help, looks like a lot of reused content, 2 new characters and new Team UJ. I guess some stuff is gone forever(which I knew before, but still wanted it to come back) like Awakening Ultimates for some characters(especially if they transform for awakening), Jutsu Clashes, Fighting on the walls and some combos for different stick directions. I hope you don’t take out ability to change ultimate Jutsus and regular jutsu like we got in Storm 4. Please CC2 and NB prove me right in still believing in this rather than being rehashed previous games with dlc add-ons(than again who am I kidding? It’s NB we are talking about, I am setting myself for disappointment, so at least I won’t have anyone but myself to blame when it inevitably happens).

Honestly, I think this will be a much better deal in the future, especially if you like physical discs like I do. Storm Legacy costs an arm, a leg and both of your nuts right now.

It's gonna be a "-ion" game, along the lines of revolution and generation, not a full game. The website is saying it will have more new stuff, it's not just the 2 new characters. Honestly this is a good set up to storm 5, hype
