Step 1: Buy any Hearth-fire house.
Step 2: construct the garden and greenhouse fully.
Step 3: use garden and greenhouse to mass produce equal parts canis root and imp stool.
Step 4: Combine ingredients to make massive amounts of paralysis potions.
Step 5: Sell, sell, sell.

Funny I never found this amulet, but I was able to finish the quest. When I get back to the Jarl and saw the option pointing at Wuundulf unliving ( i forgot the entire name) I went directly to their alchemist till it all spiral down to the actual killer.

Its not 10k per minute its more like 10 per 5 minutes but still realy good very tedious?

I find it funny that stuff like this exists but they choose to patch out other exploits.
