All Israel that is to be saved will be saved by faith in Jesus, and no one shall be saved without faith in Jesus.

Based on Luke 21:24-28, the fullness of the Gentiles occurs at the future Second Coming of Christ.
Did Paul change his mind between Romans 9:6-8, and Romans 9:27, and Romans 11:26?
Some attempt to change the word "so", which is an adverb of manner, into the word "then", which is an adverb of timing.
Paul uses the Olive Tree as a symbol of the New Covenant Church made up of believing Israelite branches, and believing Gentile branches, in Romans 11. Paul gives no path to salvation outside of the New Covenant Church in the passage.
We cannot ignore what Paul said about genealogies in Titus 3:9. God is not now a respecter of persons based on race.

The time for taking the Gospel to all races of people, is now.

Paul had to correct Peter for treating the Jewish believers differently than the Gentile believers .

I'm surprised you don't talk about the "diaspora"...the uncircumcised Israelites scattered out in the pagan nations doing pagan things (the lost sheep).
So the fullness of the Israelites out in the "ethnos" were to come in and when they did ALL Israel was saved.
How does one know they are a descendant of Jacob?

You said, there's a "chance".
It's not nearly as "beautiful" as you made it out to be. You know, it also says, Who will have ALL men to be saved (1 Timothy 2:4)
Would you also conclude this is a "chance"?! Jews and Greeks (Gentiles) will be saved (everyone)!
