Solving kinematics physics problems

In this video I explain how to solve kinematics math problems. These equations involving velocity (speed with direction), acceleration, displacement, and time can be some of the most difficult problems to solve in high school physics classes. I make sure to address using kinematics equations to solve for time using the quadratic equation and describe my step-by-step procedure for approaching problems.
