Thanks so much Heather for this very helpful, excellent, as well as insightful video, I really needed to see this.

I have not had a relationship for close to twenty years (the relationships that I have been involved in in my past have been mostly abusive ones unfortunately… that, I have not ever dated a true born-again believer that bears good fruit either), but God has given me a strong desire to marry since I became a born-again Christian in 1995… He, over the many years that I have been a Christian, has also given me some very obvious signs as well as several prophetic words that I’m going to one day be married. That said, I really believe that it’s so important that those who desire to be married in the future, do what we can to prepare for it well before the time comes. So, thanks so much for making and posting this video, as it helps those, including myself, to do just that.

Thanks so much I needed to hear this. Some of these topics relate very well to what I been working through to better myself including healing from unresolved trauma. I will likely continue to have questions for your upcoming videos.

What types of differences are ok in a Godly relationship? For example, I enjoy the beach and the Pool, a guy is more of a Mountain person, is that okay if both are willing to compromise and open to trying new things?

One guy I remember dating when I was 20, he said he would go with me to the beach, then months later he turned it around and said he's not going to any beach that's made of trashy things, he wouldn't compromise either, I found out later he had a gambling problem and wouldn't take accountability, I had to courage to break up with him in person at a club that friends and I hung out at during that time.

You did a wonderful job with this video. Excellent points that you made, backing it all up with scripture.

The only thing I would advise as a single person to be mindful of is who you allow in your social Inner Circle. If you have friends that are criticizing behind their boyfriend or husband's back, either gently confront them or pull back because you don't want that strife-filled, complaining attitude to get on you!
We need to have each other's back and especially our husbands! ♥️ 📖
I learned this from experience. I did confront a friend years ago in a letter telling her that I cared about her, her husband, her whole family!! So, please do not put your husband down in front of me...
I never heard from her again, but I feel in my heart I did the right thing. 🤍
