Hey Doc, in a new build, what should I put down on my SAND to help the sod when it comes? I know to put down some humichar and fertilizer but should I hit it with a layer of some kind of soil or just leave the sand the the builder put?

DGL is really great, but it’s really killing my sidewalk with iron rust stains? Should I just use green shocker instead? Will I get the same results? Or is there cure for the sidewalk stains?
