if you just want the achievement "critical condition" you dont need to buff your attack, or debuff the enemies defense. also, you can substitute the beer and the roasted gloop for a single "temper" by matt, which gives brave as well as slightly higher attack bonus

1. Pray to get the medal.
2. Go to the area where Izumi is on Greenwood Village.
3. Save the file.
4. Start battling the three Icecream Slimes.
5. Use Temper (Matt’s skill) on Lance.
6. Use Natalie’s skill, Star Power on Lance.
7. Use Tactics on Lance to bring in NoLegs.
8. Use NoLegs skill, Water Whirl (upgraded version of Bubbly Strike), on the enemy (your target), so they will be cursed.
…
9. After the enemies’ turn, use Tactics on NoLegs to bring in Lance.
10. Use Tactics on Matt to bring in Anna.
11. Use Anna’s skill, Lumber (upgraded version of Log), on your target so they will have stagger.
12. Make Natalie summon Chunky Chop to use on your target so they will have Invisible.
13. Finally, use Lance’s skill, Unload, on your target. Done.
If this doesn’t work for you, return to title screen and then go to the file you saved so you can make attempts.
Make attempts until you got the medal. Remember to level the players more before doing the steps. My suggestion is to leveling the players to more than 38 and make Lance have more steroids, bread and potato.

Here is a way to get it in 1 turn without viking monolith.
Go to the slimes with hp. All 3 slimes battles work.
Do this:
Lance MOAB, for stagger.
Matt temper on (Noleg, Natalie, Anna all work), for brave status
Summon the prototype (the red version of the ground robot, you can find this in battle arena).
Stagger and prototype guaranteed double critical hits, and brave give you chance to inflict triple crit. Prototype will hit all 3 slimes a lot of times, so you have many chances of getting tripple crit.
If you have enough SP, you can use Viking monolith for extra action, and then use fire cracker (bonus skill from lunar new year holiday quest) to cause both good and bad luck. This will make all hits tripple critical hits.
