It is said that Durian is King of the fruits & Mangosteen is Queen because they arrive together. Once the Mangosteen is hard, I don't buy it. It should not require a knife to cut. Mangosteen just needs to squeeze open. Thailand's Mangosteen is small (not large) but sweet. 608grams (about 10 Mangosteen that I can choose myself) for US$1.21 (supermarket price).
