For people wondering the outcasts skins like these the red and white are featured in petite servers and you get them from essentially just being a menace killing things that arent necessary for your survivability such as babies or your same species if you do it enough yhe game will put a bounty on your head and your skin will change

It's one thing for Pteranodon being the weakest playable, but its another for it being one-shot by literally everything. Even juvi raptors can easily kill an adult Ptera which is so frustrating. Makes me wonder why the devs want to make it useless or why aren't they doing anything to slightly buff it?
