Prime is not worth it. Prime is advertised as an energy drink that’s meant to be a competitor to Gatorade. But while Prime may taste better it doesn’t do what energy drinks are supposed to do. Yes it does give electrolytes like Gatorade but it doesn’t give the correct proportions of the ones it should. MatPat over on Food theory did a video about it and I can’t remember what the exact numbers are.

From what I've heard and seen it's meant to be used as a gatorade type drink before, during and after sports or activity to replenish electrolytes? vitamins, etc..

No word of a lie there’s a takeaway along from me selling them for £10 a bottle. I realised soon after that the shell garage up the road from them are selling it for £3. I started to wonder if their deliver driver was going up there and buying it for £3 on the way to the customers address. Took months but I finally caught the guy. Talk about riding the gravy train 😂
