Grape-Wine
Ingredients: Grapes(Black/Red)-2.5kgs
Sugar-1-1.5 kgsl ippo
Whole wheat-3-4 Tbsp
Beet root- 1/2 (optional- to give more color)
Cloves-5-6
Cinnamon-3-4 pcs
Instant yeast- 1/3tsp
STEPS:
1. Wash and dry well grapes( remove the stems from the grapes, make sure no spoilt grapes)
2. Take a clean and dried glass jar/ ceramic jar(big enough to accumulate all grapes)Make sure its dried well.
3. Add grapes into Jar.
4. Crush them lightly.
5. Add sugar.
6. Keep repeating steps to make layers of grapes and sugar.
7. Pour boiled and cool water, grapes should be submerged in water.
8. Add cinnamon and cloves( if you want to make it more strong add more)
9. Add wheat( can be tied in a porous cotton cloth)beetroot pieces, yeast.
10. Close the jar Tightly and cover with paper bag if its transparent. Mouth of the Jar can be tied tightly with a cotton cloth.
11. Stir it on alternate days for 1st week.
12. Keep it for total 21days, can be kept for more period.
13. After 21 days, strain the wine by using a strainer. You can use cotton cloth too.
14. Store in a glass bottle.
15. It can be stored for longer period.
