I am Greek and I know that Italkian was once spoken in the Septinsular Republic (a protectorate of the Ottoman empire made up of the Ionian Islands). It was mainly spoken on the island of Corfu and even on the island of Cephalonia which was home to the large Cephalonia Synagogue which sadly got destroyed during the 1953 Ionian Islands earthquake.
Another language spoken there was Yevanic which is also known as Judaeo Greek only spoken by a few Romaniote Jews (Greek Jews) in the Greek city of Volos.
