I have a disc L4/5 thats slipped & crushed whilst I was in a twisting position; It-presses on a whole bunch of nerves..
Its given me years of pain ;

Thanks, Doc!!! I've noticed that my body loves this. Back in ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, in gym class, we were taught these basic stretches. Years later, suffering from debilitating spinal and cervical spine issues, it was pointed out to me by a chiropractic that the pelvis (PEDESTAL) is the foundation that ALTAS (top bone of spine) 'holds GLOBE(skull) on his SHOULDers' These TWO POINTS are always 'seeking' alignment as the spine (called the AXIS iui f the Universe in ancient times) ROTATES between them. For 'proper rotation ' in BOTH DIRECTIONS, these TWO "BEARINGS" must be free and 'well lubricated'. Thank you, again, for your joyful enthusiasm in sharing wisdom for upkeep of MY HOUSE for ALL tenants. THIS IS MY BODY!!!!

P.S. As the understandings of the ancients are being verified by science concerning bacteria (those 'unseen killers' called DEMONS/ARCHONS - archers bacteria) and parasites from 'every unclean bird'....could you do MORE videos addressing th iui s MOST IMPORTANT topic, PLEASE???? The cause of Alzheimers is now linked to a parasite that can be 'driven from the TEMPLE ' with basic herbal remedies and MENTAL FUNCTION Restored!!!! It us thought that 80% of Americans have parasites, of which there over 90 varieties. Pet owners are at HIGH RISK are dogs and especially stray cats can carry and pass these to humans. Out public schools, bathrooms, eating areas in restaurants, kitchens, factories, offices and general close contact city environments are BREEDING GROUNDS for thus PANDEMIC WE are facing. Education about this is paramount for OUR survival as these intrusions break hemispheric cohesion (THE BROKEN COVENANT to be RESTORED).
