5 facts everyone should know about PANDEMICS

Understanding how a pandemic works helps people avoid the mistake of overreacting and panicking or being complacent and minimizing the risks involved. This video covers five facts, including how exponential growth factors into a pandemic, the importance of social distancing, and the load a new virus places on the health care system. I also talk about how influenza compares to the new coronavirus.

I think you would do a really good job teaching children some natural ways they can stay healthy and explain how a healthy individuals immune system has a much easier time fighting viruses like covid, then an unhealthy person.
Explaining things like what vitamins are beneficial and how you can naturally get those vitamins, is extremely important today.
