Eugenio Derbez has just bought a $14 million mansion in the Encino neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. He scored a deal on the property, which was originally listed for just under $15 million.

Newly built this year, and described in the listing as "a contemporary modern masterpiece," the three-level structure is tucked away behind gates on a little more than a half-acre of land. Inside, seven bedrooms and 10 baths are spread across 11,000-plus square feet of open-plan living space.
