I think you should make two versions of your Cerapep moisturizer, one with vitamin C and without. I know I love vitamin C in my moisturizer, whereas I'm extremely sensitive to niacinamide. You could even make another moisturizer mainly focused on vitamin C as the main active in there.

Wouldn't mind the vitamin C in the moisturizer, but make the moisturizer also contain sunscreen, thus eliminating the extra step of adding sunscreen. While I like your moisturizer & sunscreen, when I run out, I use my vanicream combination that has the moisturizer + spf30 in one. I dislike alot of steps in my skincare
