Sure, except for 1 detail. Eventually it goes away. Job hoppers aren't interesting. The company will look at you and a much worse candidate, they'll pick the worse candidate, because at least he's loyal. Companies don't like needing to search for new employees each year. Job hopping has advantages, but also major disadvantages. It's very situational.
