Just for you guys looking to get in cheap and make lots of money, make sure you get proper insurance...it's expensive but if you hit utilities (water, gas, sewer) or swing into a house and you have to pay a Million in losses. It's better to come out of insurance than bankrupt yourself on the first day.

With this you have to charge them by the job not by hours cuz for
1-(well as for me) I rather pay them for the job and make it a done deal instead of a headache thinking them taking their time and whatnot to over charge me! And 2-is some of us are hard workers and really want to get the job done, some even skip meals trying to get the job done so that’s not good either cuz sometimes you get the job done too quick and not get paid like you deserve. So it’s either they accept me doing it that way or call someone else And they gonna know quick like that it’s better to pay people by the job than hourly!

Just bought a kubota. Looking into starting myself..hopefully get into my own deal. Definitely would not rent it out. Mine burns about 1/2 gallon of feul an hour. Definitely would not buy a China cheep one. They might work. My kubota weights 3, 700. I wouldn't want anything lighter. I would get a name brand machine for subcontractor work.

This is what I'm wanting to do with an E35. Lots of incentives for that model right now so I'm grabbing one. I just get worried people will damage my machine.

Just take one and it’s easy to learn and easy to get customer and cash…😅😅

Well I had same idea but I must say, looks simple but to be able to do perfectly that a customer wants, have a ton to learn and have no teacher for that, so it’s very difficult to learn in the facts. Looks like one never end learning in that job.
