I can't believe u painted all the gasket surfaces of the compressor block!!! Also i can see the pistons are smeared with rtv sealant!!!! The lack of enthusiasm during the assembly process really hurts my feelings 🥺

Мойка и покраска вышла на новый уровень, Теперь новый прокладки и герметик, а не просто помыл-покрасил-готово.=))) Ждём, когда будут новые вкладыши, шлифовка, новые кольца и поршни, думаю через годик увидим. Это не реставрация, а техническое обслуживание !!!

While that one came with high quality metal wheels it's worth mentioning you can add them to any horizontal compressor. (I use 8" scaffolding caster wheels because they slide into simple pipe mounts so one set can move many machines and machine tools.) Collecting all the old large diameter wheels you can makes life easy. Everything in my shop rolls.

Install after cooler and moisture trap with auto drain never worry about water again.

In my opinion, repair air compressor
it is always a risk, the vessel may be very oxidized inside, which is why it needs a visual inspection with an endoscope in order to guarantee its integrity.
I'm not, in any way, criticizing the work you've done, but rather the risk of the vase being corroded after years of use and also after a long time stopped.

You guys from Asia, make a restoration cleaneing and painting... This is not restuaration this is cleaning. BTW you didn't clean the tank probably have 25 l water and rust inside...

Make sure the tank is still safe to use. Weak tanks are dangerous, because it's basically a bomb.
