Imagine being subjected to all manner of pressure or vacuum, any temperature, and when it was over saying, “Well that was a minor inconvenience.”

They say that "Water Bears" can survive 30 years in a type of hibernation up to 30 years without water and survive the cold vacuum of space. These creatures are incredible at survival.

The will survive in a vacuum, but not indefinitely. Rest in peace, moon tardigrades.

They roll into a ball because that is how they can conserve energy by slowing their metabolism and they are able to survive dryness with this form.

If humanity perishes, at least we can sleep peacefully knowing that we passed the baton to tardigrades

When tardigrades roll up in a ball, they can survive practically anywhere anytime

In Germany we call them "Bärtierchen", which can be translated to bear animalcule.

My favorite is the experiment where they launched tardigrades at insanely high velocities into solid objects to test their ability to survive meteor impacts (useful for testing feasibility of transpermia, or the potential to seed life on planets from elsewhere in the universe by way of interstellar debris impacts).
So yeah, whole bunch of tardigrades were made dormant, shoved in an air cannon, and fired at 1km/sec into a solid object. like 1/3rd survived.
