I'm finally staying asleep the whole night, I feel so much clarity and energy. I lost 10 lbs and 2.5% body fat, and I noticed the skin lightened up on my elbows. Going forward juice will be replacing my morning coffee🎉🎉 and will be staple in my life. ❤

This is the final day of your amazing challenge. I know I lost weight, but I noticed by day 7 my under eyes turned black and then back to brown. My neck is going from a dark brown to a lighter shade of brown. I go to bed all 2-3am in the morning but my sleep pattern regulated itself (Amen). Most importantly my mood swings and my brain was quite. This was a Challenge in the beginning but it was well worth the outcome. For me I plan to implement this in my life going forward. Thank you!
