there should be a food coloring in the baking section of your supermarket so get the blue food coloring, or blend some blueberries and squeeze them though the mash, and mix with whip cream. And you second question - all the time while you preparing and baking you cupcakes...nothing will happened to it;-)

These look gross. Baking from scratch is where it's at. Using all of these over processed products is just kinda gross to me. And I agree the jello inside a cupcake seems weird. Although I've made poke cakes with Jello that were good.
