That is a once in life time memory. In 1990, when I returned from the Gulf War, I was tasked with my Division's equipment recovery at Houston Port. On an off day I visited Johnson Space Center in uniform. The NASA people opened the center to me giving me a personal tour. I got to see the ISS mock up before it was built. Can never say enough about their hospitality. Giving an Infantry Captain the chance to see their facilities.
