I know there are many, many, innoncent people in Prison & only Jarryd will know what really happenned that night but for him to be remembered for (Allegedly) one indiscretion is very, very, sad. if he wasn't a high profile football star then the case would have never gone to court.. i have seen how these footballers just out socialising get "Baited" by drunken idiots & women who take no responsibility for their actions when they are drunk & when they wake up the next morning regretting their actions & run to the Police. (Not every woman of course but their are exceptions).

A great amount of respect to PJB for making this tribute for Jarryd & not listening only to the noise. Somebody had to be a scrapegoat. I am a Eels fan for 54 years & still trying to get over another GF loss.2001, 2009, 2022. How much more can a fan take ? I still have not been able to watch the GF yet, not even the highlights(Well there are no highlights). Coming 2nd is better than 14 other teams but there is absolutely no solace. The most dreaded words for long suffering Eels are-"There is always next year...Urgh.
