Linux - PostgreSQL Installation on a Ubuntu Linux VM on Azure cloud

The video demonstrates how to set up PostgreSQL database and pgadmin4 web interface using a secure shell to an Azure Linux VM. The posgresql version 13 is being setup in the video with pgadmin version 4.

I do all things that you show in the video, but when I try to create the database by pgadmin web viewer, this say "unable to connect to the server"

hi, when i open the 127.;;;; page it give me a white page, i tries to add the port and all the solutions but it given't me anything?
