I chose 2. I made the choice and cut off all communication channels not because I was waiting for him to choose me. I think he should feel lucky that I chose him. But because he just won’t open his mouth to speak. And I am fine with silence but his silence got so overwhelming that I couldn’t take it anymore. He has never called me a friend, because he is smart enough to know that if I put him in friend zone, he’ll have a bad time. But he hasn’t expressed anything else either. Even if my hearts breaks apart every single day, I will not go back unless he puts in the effort to get me back. He turned me into the Queen of swords. And I don’t regret walking away. If I don’t respect myself, why would anyone else? I know my worth. I will get what I deserve. He can bask in his silence and fears.

Pile 1. You were spot on. My ex and I broke up because I was under depression and acted quite needy and she got tired. She is undergoing a lot of stress from school and final exams. It doesn't help that we're a horizon away from each other since she moved abroad for college. I also hurt her pretty bad after the breakup and now we're under no contact. I sent her an email 2 days ago and I'm waiting for her response :((. For now, I will focus on myself and make myself open to her when she's more ready.

I’m a Gemini, he’s a Pisces. He’s avoidant attachment style, we broke up a month ago.
